Developing Positive Working Attitude

INTRODUCTION

Learning personal mastery can be a powerful tool in driving and motivating an individual from his/her comfort zone. An individual in the comfort zone needs to be pushed to another level of maturity by getting a refresh perspective of what he or she can do and is worthy of. Often one would have the mindset that every extra effort put into the organization would be beneficial to every other party except himself. The feeling of frustrations would lead to the blame and shame mentality, a great barrier for performance.

The contents of this workshop rest heavily on the use of neuro-linguistic techniques, connecting the neuro (the brain) to the ultimate language of the body to the outside world. The awareness from this workshop would lift the participants from the comfort zone into a new mindset of achieving more for themselves.
