“WINDS OF CHANGE” is specially designed to help a team to understand the importance, the impact and the benefits of EMBRACING change. Participants will engage themselves in a very meaningful program where there will be going through a simulated experience that gives awareness on change and how they could embrace the change.

METHODOLOGY

This course is essentially participative and practical, emphasizing learning through experience, both from structured activities on the program, e.g., Role plays, group work, case studies, discussion from individual’s experience.
