Without being able to either embrace change quickly, being relevant in a fast-paced environment, being nimble in encountering the reality of uncertainty or being able to lead in this ambiguous world, individuals or organizations will not be able create new creative solutions to meet their user’s unmet needs.

Hence, this on-the-job Design Thinking program will reignite the individual’s inner potential to reimagine, ideate, innovate and implement creative solutions for your business and organization to stay competitive and the same time take advantage of the growth potential.

The aim of this program is to train, train and coach professionals to generate either incremental, breakthrough or radical innovative ideas to be validated and thereafter write a business model and pitch the idea for approval, funding or investor prior to developing and implementing the product, services or solution.

The ultimate goal of this program is the ensure the participant who is trained and coached can continue to generate innovative ideas, write a 1 pager business model and pitch ideas to get approval from management.


  • Discover ways to build up courage to think differently, creatively and critically.
  • Apply Design Thinking methodology for new creative solutions.
  • Design a prototype to validate and experiment the solution.
  • Complete a Business Model Canvas and pitch the innovation.

At the end of this program, participants will be able to apply design thinking methodology to build or design prototypes and thereafter complete a 1 pager business model to pitch to management for approval.
