INTRODUCTION

Bridging the Generation Gap: The A.B.C.D. of People Management © is designed to inspire, illustrate and ignite important key strategies and tools in managing people from different generations. This program highlights proven effective methods of linguistics and communication based on the model of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – the use of the language of the mind to consistently create the specific desired outcome. By the end of this workshop, the participants will be able to discover their motivation, drivers (values), common behaviors, and thinking patterns by understanding their conditioning and Values Level. This workshop is designed with a wholesome blend of experiential learning activities.

METHODOLOGY

Proven Syllabus Validated by Highly Successful People Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – the study of the conscious and unconscious mind.

This model emphasizes the use of our senses, how we interact and communicate with others and ourselves, and the study of patterns and programs in our mind.

Our training delivery methods comprise of 70% activity, 20% role play/coaching/mentoring, and 10% lecture. Learning requires energy; we further enhance their learning experience by elevating their energy throughout the entire training.
