Bridging the Generation Gap: The A.B.C.D. of People Management © is designed to inspire, illustrate and ignite important key strategies and tools in managing people from different generations. This program highlights proven effective methods of linguistics and communication based on the model of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – the use of the language of the mind to consistently create the specific desired outcome. By the end of this workshop, the participants will be able to discover their motivation, drivers (values), common behaviors, and thinking patterns by understanding their conditioning and Values Level.
