Team Dynamics: Corporate Team Building

INTRODUCTION

This program is designed to bring the team to the next level. We will explore the team dynamics in the providing the best service to the clients for counter staff.

In these modern times, we tend to be comfortable and at times unable to accept the fast pace of change that happens. Here is the platform where we will provide the channels. An environment of positive possibilities will provide the challenge for the participants to excel and move to the next level.

This high impact team effectiveness program is also aimed at enhancing team cohesiveness, team collaboration, providing participants with classroom learning and outdoor experiential activities for reflection and conceptualization on the organization’s core values

OBJECTIVES

    • To develop stronger team work and self-confidence
    • To be able to break the barrier and handle relationships better with the team for better communications
    • Getting to know each other and develop the ability to understand self and colleagues better
    • To develop knowledge on how to do things differently and out-of-the-box
    • Getting everyone “onto the same page”, including goal setting

    • Practicing effective collaboration with team members
    • Manage to adapt the change in the workplace

METHODOLOGY

Break patterns to achieve a better working team.

The approach to Team Building has changed. It is now no longer seen just as a channel to have bonding sessions with the team only. It is also a great channel to have learning opportunities.

The methodology approach will be very experiential & reflection-based. As we understand the many learning patterns of people. In this session the approaches can be listed as:

  • Team Dynamics (exploring big, medium & small teams’ concepts)
  • Context setting from working agreement to expectations (returning the ownership to the people)
  • FUN elements (Serious FUN, FUN seriously and at times just FUNN –Functional understanding not necessary)
  • Value base learning/feedbacks / sharing
