Provides understanding and exposure of today’s human resource practices in the changing business environment. Improve employee performance and results through a more effective coaching. It explores participants into various functions and responsibilities, essential elements/factors, knowledge needed, the challenges and the implications in managing people to meet organization goals. Conceptually, virtual teams are the same with traditional teams, but managing virtual teams requires additional skills like dealing with time related issues, language barriers, cultural diversity and team building. Because of these differences, managers of virtual teams should know how to create practices and activities that result in the success of the team.
