INTRODUCTION

Impactful interpersonal communications are vital skills for Leaders in any industry. Communicating effectively to another person requires an understanding of one’s own personality especially when dealing with employees. Also, by using the power of physical projection based on the rules of body language, leaders are empowered to influence and make a positive impression when dealing with People Management.

The leader’s art of People Management and mindset change workshop covers the aspect of Mindset Change to fit the New Market Realities, Engaging The Gen-Y, understanding of personality using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator – MBTI® and Neuro Linguistic Programme – NLP elements such as power posturing in verbal communication and the inner qualities for interpersonal interaction based on the principles of personal and professional integrity for greater People Management effectiveness.

OBJECTIVES

This workshop seeks to inculcate into each participant through interactive learning, games, role-playing and experiential management games to understand their patterns of interaction with others and their own needs; Identify and develop approaches to influence people they work with, so that everyone can arrive at a win-win situation.

METHODOLOGY

The training is interactive and participative allowing participants to internalize the concepts and knowledge learnt. There is a mixture of lectures, role plays, skill practices, discussions, activities group dynamics, simulations and reflective exercises to integrate learning.
