OBJECTIVES
This workshop seeks to inculcate into each participant through interactive learning, games, role-playing and experiential management games to understand their patterns of interaction with others and their own needs; Identify and develop approaches to influence people they work with, so that everyone can arrive at a win-win situation.
METHODOLOGY
The training is interactive and participative allowing participants to internalize the concepts and knowledge learnt. There is a mixture of lectures, role plays, skill practices, discussions, activities group dynamics, simulations and reflective exercises to integrate learning.
