Projecting A Professional Presence For Effective Communication & Presentation


Having a professional presence is vital asset of any leader. The key is to have a combination of a heightened inter-personal communications as well as the ability to speak confidently and present yourself. Having professional presence is the ability to enable people to stop and listen when you speak and have the confidence and credibility to communicate. It is also vital for you to also will be able to read people’s personality to relate to them more effectively.



This workshop seeks to inculcate in 3 parts, professional presence mindset, profession interpersonal communication and speaking with professional presence. Participants will use interactive learning, games, role-playing and experiential management games to be inculcated with the key lessons of professional presence. Throughout the sessions, participants will learn the core aspects of what how to understand self and others better through understanding personality and what makes a successful communicator as well as how to be a better speaker to present your ideas more clearly. At the end of the workshop, participants shall hold in their hands specific skills, concepts and experiences that can propel themselves and the company toward greater professionalism and results.


The training is interactive and participative allowing participants to internalize the concepts and knowledge learnt. There is a mixture of lectures, role plays, skill practices, discussions, activities group dynamics, simulations and reflective exercises to integrate learning.
