OBJECTIVES
The course uses a mix of interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the trainer and the participants, role plays (rehearsed and impromptu), playback of videotaped performances and individual and group feedback
METHODOLOGY
This course is essentially participative and practical, emphasizing learning through experience, both from structured activities on the program e.g. role plays, group work, case studies, discussion from individual’s experience.
