OBJECTIVES
The program is designed to enhance the need for each person within the organization and as a member of the community to gain greater awareness of the need to be able to communicate their vision of what they want for themselves and those around them. They will understand the importance of building a Personal Excellence Plan, which is intended to move them beyond instant gratification and strengthen their adherence to principles and practices.
