Train the Trainer ; Fundamentals of Building Rapport, Facilitating Learning and Running Group Learning Activities – 3 Hours

INTRODUCTION

This course explores the basics of training in 3 key areas, namely Fundamentals of Building Rapport, Facilitating Learning, and Running Group Learning Activities. It prepares participants to make their training more impactful and effective by starting the training well.

This practical workshop will give participants the tools and knowledge to develop many different types of starting their training programmes with more impact and purpose.

METHODOLOGY

Lectures, role-plays, group exercises, discussions, group, individual assessments, and selected individual presentations. Participants will go through an intensive 3-hour programme.

Peer and consultant feedback sessions will be the run of the day
