DESCRIPTION

In any organization, all levels of employees must maintain discipline and proper order. Failure at any level will lead to disciplinary decline and challenges in terms of disciplinary problem. The disciplinary problems will have negative consequential impact on the performance of the organization. In order to ensure disciplinary action is fair and equitable, it is of utmost importance that Domestic Inquiry (D.I.) is properly conducted.
