Personality Development & Etiquette Programme


This Workshop is designed to incorporate elements of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to activate personal change from within. It applies a blended learning module based on a proven learning technology that creates deep reflection, provides meaningful feedback and a structured process for participants.

This practical and engaging 2-days Workshop is designed to develop self-mastery to build personal capacity, resilience and drive to strengthen personal effectiveness at work. Adopting the Self-Science methodology, this Workshop presents to its participants discoveries, actionable skills and knowledge that will help build new patterns at work and break away from unproductive practices. Participants will also be guided to develop actionable and practical personal developmental plans.


Upon completion of the training, participants will be equipped with the key competencies of self-mastery – possess a higher level of personal awareness; develop personal coping strategies to deal with stress; build stronger capacity for resilience and adaptability; acquire effective interpersonal skills for authentic communication and teamwork.
