Persuasive & Influencing Skills

INTRODUCTION

We are all in the business of persuasion. Whether it be persuading clients to buy our work, or consumers to buy the products and services we advertise or make, persuading judges that our campaign is worth an award or persuading colleagues to choose and make our ideas. It extends beyond marketing and sales. It affects almost all processes that include the use of human resources. But very few of us are ever taught how to be more persuasive.

The art and science of persuasion requires us to become more effective in varieties of skills – Communication, Negotiation and Influence. This workshop is a path to master skills required in a variety of areas that can improve participant’s confidence in negotiation and persuasion.

During the workshop, participant will develop the mindset, attitude and skills to be an effective negotiator, persuader and influencer by applying effective communication technique that can be use universally in any situation.

METHODOLOGY

Combining the latest technology in adult learning, the program delivery is a refine combination of training, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
