Performance Management: Goal Setting & Managing Performance

INTRODUCTION

The appraisal system or performance management is the foundation for organizations and managers to drive performance excellence for their employees and teams. A process through which supervisors and those they lead gain a shared understanding of work expectations and goals, exchange performance feedback, identify learning and development opportunities, and evaluate performance results.

OBJECTIVES

  • This workshop is meant to bring the participants to a detailed understanding on how to manage performance goals and assess the performance of their staff. At the same time understand how the performance management is a year through process vs. a once a year event to achieve organizations goals. The program will include the following modules:
