You’ll explore a structured way to approach and dismantle problems, and you’ll learn to clarify problems in terms of objectives and issues, with a view toward optimum outcomes.

Applying the techniques of critical thinking allows you to dismantle complex problems and to understand the inputs and implications of your thought processes. This training allows you to develop positions on issues that are logical and explicable to others. After completing the course, you’ll understand why most decisions are of poor quality and you will be able to impose quality controls on your decisions and the decisions of others.

This course provides participants with the training and tools necessary to analyze problems in terms of objective and issues and developing solutions with a view towards outcomes. The program covers various state-of-the-art tools to analyze problems and generate Innovative and realistic solutions


The course uses a mix of interactive techniques, such as brief presentations by the trainer and the participants, role plays (rehearsed and impromptu), playback of videotaped performances and individual and group feedback


This course is essentially participative and practical, emphasizing learning through experience, both from structured activities on the program e.g. role plays, group work, case studies, discussion from individual’s experience.
