- You will be given tips and tools that you can use to de stress each day
- You will experience vitality and flow in your body
- You will be given contemplation exercises to lead you into mindfulness
- The exercises are designed to encourage play and using right and left brain connections to destress and have present moment awareness
- You will experience sense of calm and balance in your mind, body and spirit
- Using the tools you will be able to find ways to recharge quickly throughout the day
And go back to your work station refreshed and recharged
