INTRODUCTION

In this new Digital, Lockdown and COVID-19 Environment, much has changed. The normal of yesterday is no longer relevant. Humans and Companies have adapted to a new norm. Although many of us are still uncertain of what lies ahead, we are certain changes will keep on happening at a faster pace.

Under this new normal, the way we work and live will change drastically. Change that was supposed to take years; happens in days. Through it all, we must preserve and accept the changes, we must seek new ways of doing things and innovate further.
