Many surveys showed that employers are worried about their employee’s stress, workload, eating habits, safety and inactivity (sitting at a computer or desk all day) Research also tells us that healthy employees are more productive, have higher morale and take less sick time. So why don’t more employers provide support for their employees to make healthier choices at work? Unfortunately, “lack of time” is the number one answer. But in reality, it doesn’t take a lot of time to support healthier options.
