Wellness & Psychological Lifestyle Management In Organization

INTRODUCTION

This session introduces the participants to concepts of wellness and psychological aspect in organization, providing practical strategies for developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Participants are introduced to a broad range of topics, issues and information as they explore mental health and wellness. The importance of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour are emphasized as participants reflect on their current life style practices and explore models of behaviour change to implement strategies and techniques promoting lifelong healthy life style choices. Participants through lectures, practical experience and self-evaluation will address personal wellness in the areas of fitness, psychological mental health, stress management and self-responsibility. The course serves to assist the participants in self-empowerment by developing and promoting healthy eating, attitudes of physical activity and behaviors for themselves and others.
