This fun-filled interactive team workshop introduces organizations ideas and tools to promote bonding and building a solid foundation in inter-personal relationship. It is a journey where individual players discover the values of adding fun into team dynamics and unleash the true power in teams – synergy! The activities are builds camaraderie, leadership and interpersonal prowess that will unleash their potential, bond them memorably and challenge them to outperform themselves to reach greater heights!

The methodology approach will be very experiential & reflection-based. As we understand the many learning patterns of people. In this session, the approaches can be listed as:

  2. Context setting from working agreement to expectations (returning the ownership to the people)
